Demers, Eriksson, and Vatanen will all get bigger pay days

Demers: Cap is stagnant. Market will look similar to last yr. With that as the context, Demers is comparable to Sekera without the offense. Therefore 1 less yr, 1 less mill. Good opportunity for him in Edm.
Vatanen: This AAV is right in line with Brodin and Klefbolm's contract. Could add $250,000 or so, but he's played sheltered minutes and this is what Chiarelli should be offering him. As players Vatanen > Reinhart is accurate. Mix in the contracts RFA < ELC and I'd suggest it's closer than you think. Edm may have to cough up a small kicker (mid level pick, b level prospect).
Eriksson: Again, stagnant cap. He had a big yr but is in the twilight and history suggests he's a solid 2-way guy who can get you 40 - 50 pts. He's a cut above a guys like Frolik/Pouliot. The contract reflects as much. He may get more but not sure who is paying it.
