Description

TDL- Montreal acquire Jesse Puljujarvi, he will play with Kotkaniemi for a finnish connection

Montreal makes a blockbuster trade to acquire Shayne Gostisbehere. He is young and could play with weber on the top 2 as a LHD. Flyers need something new, and MTL have an insane haul of RHD. Giving up Juulsen won’t hurt that much. Also, Mtl would lose either Mete or Juulsen at the expention draft (can only protect 3 defensemen), it will probably be Weber, Mete and Petry/Fleury/Brook, depend on when they entered in the league. Phillys is in a rebuild and they’l need picks and prospects

At the draft- Montreal draft with the 19 overall selection (mtl) : Arthur Kaliyev (LW)
Montreal draft with the 16th overall selection (Edm) : Cam York (LHD)
Montreal trades for Tyson Jost, a risk cause he could be a bust but he’s a hardworker and fit well with Mtl new team.
Montreal Sign Ryan Poehling, will play 3rd line
Cale Fleury will go in the NHL
Romanov stay in russia
Suzuki will play in the NHL

You realize we could get a 1st + 2nd + 3rd for Tatar easily right? Why would we trade him to move up 15-20 spots + a player looking like a bust?

I think Tatar’s not worth a 1st 2rd & 3rd picks anymore. McPhee overpay

McPhee gave a 1st + 2nd + 3rd for a guy who has

62 GP 16G 12A 28P (5.3 AAV)

His stats now are
48 GP 14G 20A 34P (4.8 AAV)

Tatar is worth a 1st + 2nd + 3rd easily.

You’re right cant wait to see what we will get the TDL 2021 with Tatar Petry Danault ( if Poehling or Suzuki shows they can play 2C )
