Valuing Talent NOT just experience

Team: 2019-20 Buffalo Sabres
Initial Creation Date: Jan. 24, 2019
Published: Jan. 24, 2019
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Botterill is starting to get on my nerves a bit. It seems he's reluctant to play the right players here and lets guys like Sobotka, Okposo, Scandella waste roster spots. I'd like to see some moves to make the best possible roster for next year.

sabres will not be retaining 50% of okposo...never. they will keep him before doing that. dont hate oesterle or donskoi but definitely not getting nyquist and i dont make that karlsson deal. Like the idea but id look elsewhere for a player like that

That might be the only way to get rid of Okposo.... Buying him out will cost more in the long run. He needs to go! Why not Nyquist? He's fast and skilled... I think Karlsson would be a solid target, not going to get a player like him in free agency unless you pay tons and they're likely older than him too...
