How do I put this?

Yes to your Zuccarello proposal
No to your McQuaid proposal (they're just fine on the back end)
No to your Hayes proposal.. I cannot see the Rangers proposing and/or accepting a proposal like this
No to your Kreider proposal (seems like this is a pipe dream)
