I don't think this draft is deep enough to give up two 2nds to get a later pick in the first round unless it inside the top 10. If it is in the top 10 Colorado is going to want much more for it.

Tbh with the way Athanasiou has played lately as a 2c, I’d be more than happy to be picking Kakko at 2nd overall and not getting Hughes. I honestly wouldn’t even be mad if we fell into position (5-6) to take Bowen Bryam. Because let’s be honest. We need more defensive help. AA looks really good and is building nice chemistry with Hirose. Svech zadina will be ready next season. The way this is all shaping up, I’m happy as hell no matter where we draft. Now that blashill and holland thing is the issue lol
