Umm Do you know what a cap dump is? and yes Lehky dont get more then 1.25 he has not done anything beside doing well on PK

Niku (top 4 potential), Kulikov who has one year left for two players who are not NHL caliber. Look at the Mason dump. Picks and lesser specs is more what will happen.
Lehky is seriously skilled and if he's getting anything close to that low it'd be one year.
