Even without the first overall pick, Rangers fans should be having pleasant dreams. Lots of picks, some good prospects, cap room in the future. Could be very good, very soon.

Carolina absolutely would not. Fox already said he isn’t signing there. If they get anybody of value for him, let alone Pionk, they’ll take it.

Winnipeg deal needs to be better but Carolina is going to lose Fox for nothing, so its not like they are dealing from a position of strength.
I don't see a club giving any more than a 2nd or 3rd rounder.
