Moving up or landing into a Faller AGAIN

Description
What if Podkolzin falls to the Canucks lap? Would it ever happen? Is there a team ahead that would want to snag him before 10. He may or may not be able to break his KHL contract but besides that point I could see the draft going this way: If teams see the draft after Hughes and Kakko as pretty even and they pick positional needs.

NJD: Hughes
NYR: Kakko
CHI: Byram- need to replace the aging D core
COL: Dach- need a C behind Mack
LA: Cozens- need a C behind Kopitar. He can also play wing
Det: Turcotte- Definitely need another C behind Larkin
Buf: Zegras- Could think of moving Middlestadt to wing and bring in a C
EDM: Caufield/Boldy- need a goal scoring winger for McDavid
ANA: Krebs- need to replace Kessler and Getz(eventually)
VAN: Pick Podkolzin/Soderstrom/Broberg

My reasoning behind wanting this player is the fact in his highlights you see him doing all the thing Coach Travis Green preaches on his players playing the 200ft game. If there is a chance to trade up to get him maybe Colorado is the team to do it with as they have 2 firsts. But that is a huge if and maybe. Buffalo and Anaheim could also be a partner for the Canucks pick if they want to move up but Colorado almost guarantees a shot at him if CHI is thinking the right way.

Additional Details:
This trade can be split to other teams but I was lazy to do this 3 times.
Because the Canucks get Luongo back, retainage should come off, meaning they have the ability to retain 3 salaries in trade. Spooner comes off the books next year anyways so this is beneficial for the Canucks getting rid of them all. To lose 6.8 million gives some flexibility to add even another piece or just save up with Hughes and Petey are due for a big pay day.

It could happen but equally as possible, the Canucks could pass on the Russian haha.

The Fox deal is highly unlikely. I think it was Friedman that said Fox would like to go to NYR but Carolina wants a 1st rounder.

Also Panarin is going to want max term as well.
