I'm sure the trades could use some tweaks but I think the framework is pretty solid. Let me know any notes or changes.

First Dallas trade is conditional on Dallas winning 2 rounds of the 2019 playoffs and Zuccarello resigning.

Conditional picks both become firsts if Dallas makes it to 3rd round of playoffs (with him playing atleast 50% in first two rounds) and Zucc resigns in Dallas.

Trouba trade is no good. Winnipeg doesn’t need Kreider. Trading Skjei (even though his play is quite flawed) won’t help either as we are then empty on the left hand side.

Sharks aren't trading Hertl.
Your trade for Trouba to pair with Skjei.
Replace Smith with Staal if your trading a 1st.
Rest is good, CAR might want a pick rather than a 30 point player who's expiring.

I feel like they could use Kreider. Starting next season they’ll only have 1 true LW signed in Perrault with three more RFA guys that they’ll likely bring back in Conner laine and Copp. Laine can play RW and Copp can play center. Then Skjei can replace the D they’re losing in Trouba and we fill the left side using Stall, Hajek, Fox, lindgren ect... They may not go for the trade based on value for them but I don’t think it would be positional issues.

You may be right about Hertl. What do you think if anything could be added to that deal to make SJ pull the trigger? Another pick maybe?

Kravstov or Kakko. Hertl isn't going anywhere. He's young, going to be locked in, 30 goal scorer, he's everything they need rn.

Keep in mind that Fox is a right handed defenseman. Also remember that Staal is a pylon (most nights). That being said, if we could trade Kreider to Winnipeg that would be great, but when I suggested it previously I was immediately told that they have no need for him. And even if he does go to Winnipeg, it certainly won’t be for that Trouba deal.
Gorton won’t trade Skjei unless he finds the right deal, and I just don’t think this is it.
