Taking a shot at the answer...
For me, I always ask myself a couple of things when making offers..
First, does anything you are offering the other team have a shot of equaling or becoming what you're getting. More specifically in this case, does any of what you're giving have a tangible shot at becoming William Karlsson or at least equaling his value..
Second, what is the teams motivation to accept your proposal.
The answer in my opinion to the first question is no...Lias Andersson "could" become something..but he's a long way from having proven that. The other random picks are all crap shoots, you can't read anything out of them.
Digging into to the second question, why would Vegas want to trade Karlsson? He's 26 on a team that is in the middle of their contention run. They have no motivation to reset and wait around for picks and a prospect to grow.
I think the answer is no...this isn't enough.
