Description
Free up some cap space, get rid of some NTC/NMC to help with potential expansion draft, and make some room for a couple youngsters. Also Hendricks contract comes off the books at the end of the season.

        Not bad at all but I think it would be better to keep Calvert as a 4th line guy. Milano is probably better served higher in the lineup. Is Atkinson someone the Jackets consider dealing coming off his best season? Might not be a bad idea to consider for assets.

        If the Oilers and Clb are involved in any talks w/ Clb surrounding Nuge, Jones or Savard would be the pieces.

        TBH, I completely agree that Milano needs to be 2nd or 3rd line when he is ready and was thinking that before, but I caved and traded Calvert to make room anyway.

        I know that Johnson was a big stretch, which made me throw in Rychel and Hartnell (as I believe they are a little weak on the left side but Hartsy's age and contract may be as big of a deterrent as JMFJs) then take Hendricks to help balance out the money. I would be OK giving up Savard, as long as we can send one of the other two big contracts along with it somehow. Jones, Murray, and Werenski probably the only thing close to untouchable for defense.
