I think they could get a better package from another team. They would also probably trade Zacha's RFA rights instead of signing him just to trade him but it all depends on when the deal happens.

No, not unless theyre willing to trade one of their defensemen. There are always gonna be GMs out there that will swap a decent sized contract or two. Plus salary retention is also an option. It will be larger than you think.

This would be an absolute dynamite trade, but it probably won't happen. GMs will be willing to move stuff to get PK if he is truly available.
