Two prospects that may be in play Merkley has put up great numbers in the AHL and its only a matter of time before he gets to crack an NHL Roster. Joseph a defensemen Was drafted in the first round in 2017 and will be able to play Pro hockey next year good

Both centers Dvorak is a good young two way center with long contract that can play in the middle six Stepan was one of three players rumored to be in a possible deal he is a veteran center with 2 years left on his contract

The other two rumored to be in the deal Crouse is a modern day grinder that can shoot the puck like a goal scorer in some occasions,Hinostroza was a bright spot last season his aggressive play with high energy helped him become a great player for us last season and it will be tough to see him go if it happens

Fischer did pretty well at the start of last season but that was all he struggled to score and Tocchet dwindled his ice time but him playing Crosby or maybe Malkin can do him wonders as he is still young and goes drives hard to the net and likes to provide a screen

I wonder if you could get Kessel for less. Yes he's a great player and all but the Penguins are desperate to free up some cap space. I wonder if teams could use that to underpay significantly

There’s other contracts they could easily move to free up space. Määttä could be traded for a draft pick and that frees up $4 mill

Probably since everyone knows that they have to Move Someone like Kessel or their Screwed if they dont so that alone already dropped his value

Thats True but Pittsburgh will just be delaying the inevitable if they dont move Kessel this offseason and Right now hes at his highest Value
