The only contract you got right was Jimothy-Timothy. Everyone else has been underpaid. Breadman makes $10M+ for 7. Kerfoot doesnt sign for less term or money that JT and neither does Zadorov. Ferland....free agency....only $3.5M? Oh dear.

On top of it I think putting Makar as the 1RHD is a huge mistake. I'm sure maybe he could start at the 2nd pairing. But he needs to adjust to the big boys game. He's never really had to deal with the game at this speed. It's a track meet out there. Decisions are quicker. Players a lot better. You put him at 1RHD and he'll be going up against the best players in the world every night as a rookie. That's a disaster waiting to happen.

JT get's at least 4.5. Soderberg is anything but a 2nd line centre (or a first lol)

Lol so ferlands 40 points are worth more? Kerfoot 15 goals and 0 in playoffs too JT’s beast post season.. ya he’ll make more.. Zads lack of offence and turnover numbers will make him a big hitting bargain

Oh yea your totally right, the two 20 year old are the reason they lost game 7 tears of joy ... They were absolute studs together and were on the ice for every offensive zone draw.

great, they trusted them so much in the defensive zone they were getting every start in the ozone. Good to know.
That's called hiding your defense men. Honestly, You don't throw rookies to the sharks, it never works out well. Even when they are top picks, they tend to struggle. Even McDavid and Crosby struggled in aspects of their games being thrown out as 1st liners. Just go look at McDavids 1st year face offs. They were horrible. That's saying something considering he's not great at face offs to begin with.

You don't grasp the concept of Free Agency do you? Ferland will make more in FA because it's FA. Kerfoot and JTC are both RFA and contracts are controlled by the Avs. No way does Compher make more coin than Kerfoot who was 1 of only 5 players to go north of 40 points on the team last year. Madness.

$3M per for Z shows your inability to grasp the concept of points dont make pennies. Ian Cole is making $4.25M per because he is an offensive dynamo? EJ makes $6M because he is a 60pt D man? tears of joy

Lol yea I seem to grasp this a lot better than you do.. Coles got 2 cups and Ejs a first pick. Zads makes big hits and turns the puck over 50% of the time. And like you said avs are in control of the rfa. Won’t over pay. I’m probably a bit off but nothing crazy. Let’s see your teams Chiarelli

So using that logic Yakupov should be getting paid $6M per then as a 1st overall tears of joy

My teams are there to be seen bud, go have some fun cool tears of joy

Kerfoot was spot on aswell wasn't it? How about that Panarin contract? That was close too huh? 200k and 2 years off Z, might wanna pump the brakes there kid. If he had signed for 3 years i'd give you it but it was a 1 year bridge. He is still looking for more and this is just a temporary measure.

I'm gobsmacked that a dude who was demanding $5M+ per settled for $3.5M, you did indeed get Ferland spot on. Thankfully he is nowhere near this Avs team. Oh yeah, you were 250k wrong on Francouz also. wink
