They're not. Ottawa would be the one retaining...

I'd do a lot of this... I'd LOVE Subban on the Sens and I'd make him Captain for sure... he's awesome as a person and as a player...

I'd stay away from the Anaheim trade if it were me and I think Tampa should add a pick... i.e. change the 2019 3rd to a 2020 2nd or a 2021 1st... something far down the line is totally fine...
