They're not exactly accurate. For example Nelson was estimated at $4,500,000. Signed for $6,000,000...

What I meant by that was the amount you signed him for. I’d expect closer to 6-7m. The difference between Meier and the rest of the free agents is that Meier has his best years ahead of him still, so you don’t wanna skimp on him.
