Taking on James Reimer's $3.4M for two years to move up two spots in the draft is insanity. FLA would either need to add another player or its #2 pick at least. A few days ago, I suggested Reimer for the option to swap first-round picks in 2019 and 2020.

EDIT: Make the Callahan deal first and then trade the TBL #1 for the FLA #1. That might make the most sense.
