Not sure if Winny would take this, I'm assuming they make this trade on draft day and there is someone at 11 that Winny REALLY likes. Also don't think Panik is a great player, just not comfortable bringing up one of the young guys yet.

Didn’t you hear? Leafs are moving Kadri for trouba 1 for 1.... lmao.

I think that the flyers would have to give up a bit more. But only if they are sure they can sign trouba to a long term deal. To me the trade is a good idea because it is likely that he signs in Detroit or NY if he hits FA.

The Jets would have no interest in a career minor league left handed defenseman so the offer would have to be better than that.

Sam has had some bad luck and has shown promise. Certainly not anywhere near Trouba's level, but the 11th overall pick is a huge asset, especially with this draft. Maybe adding another pick (2nd or 3rd rounder) would be more realistic.

Yeah that seems about fair, if Trouba were offersheeted Winnipeg would get a 1st, 2nd and 3rd round pick as compensation, so something along those lines would be reasonable.
