Why didn't they bring back Antti Niemi he was a really reliable backup goalie option.

Niemi means of the wood well he's lost in it . Love the trade but i think it miss Juulsen and a 2nd , but for the Ufa it's a MTL wet dream let's do it !

Maybe in 2017-18. He was just complete garbage last year, and couldn’t be trusted to win a game against anyone but Detroit.

The should have traded Niemi mid season to get a guy like Brett Pesce. He's a solid bottom 4 defenseman
