Avs arent giving away guys for Draft picks, if you want Kerfoot, you have to return something of roster value back.
Also you aren not getting Varly for 3m, Oilers were dumb enough o give Koskinen that contract, if you want a better goalie to be a back up you are going to be pay him more than that dumb Koskinen contract

This my take as an avs fan for the oilers to ice a semi decent team.

Did you watch the playoffs? They would be better off to move on from his soft points and put that cap to signing some that doesn't play soft hockey. Some one like Ferland. And Varly is not gonna get some massive pay day after last year's disappointing numbers.

Your roster illustrates the problems the Oilers have so well. You wouldn't be able to get most of those players, but even pretending that you can this is still a terrible team. Holland's going to have to be pretty inventive in the offseason, or patient with draft and develop over the next 4-5 years.
