this is True as Provorov's a undisputed #1 D in any system capable of playing over 23 minutes .
Werenski is a special teams D who produces on PP at high rate's but Defensively isnt on Provorov's level .

Werenski isnt worth looking at with Murray available as Murray fits MTL needs for a top stay at home LD who can pass to set up Weber and Petry.

the very last thing we need is another shooting D with only Mete there to make plays .

I think these are super ballzy trades. I like them. But giving up Suzuki Tatar and a 1st damn that’s a lot. Like possibly extremely regrettable. Suzuki could be a ppg player and he could even be a center , his upside is schifele from Winnipeg. And Tatar fits so well with the crew . On top of that the 15th pick this year will most likely land us a chance at getting a top 5 defensive prospect that could potentially be as good as werenski in two years. So in my opinion I don’t make that trade. But damn that’s balls
