as a VAN fan i like this trade, value i think is there, VGK may value Tuch more than the need to shed the cap though.

VGK sheds CM and saves on Tanev with retained salary and move up 7 spots in the draft but give up Tuch. but at 5mil he seems to be a 3rd line luxury they can't afford

Cap is exceeded but Gusev may sign for less (not sure if he is required to have an ELC either)
