Pretty sure Vegas considers it anyway...

Probably 1 mill over the cap still need to clear 7 mill for Karlsson, stastny and pacioretty are expendable

Everyone is aware of the cap crunch. However, VGK isn't giving away a top line center to a conference foe.

So if, say, Montreal offered a second rounder straight up (just one pick before the Avs) Vegas would consider that because they're in a different conference?
