So how do you pay Strome and Debrincat?

Assuming the cap only goes up another 2 million and Dach/Boqvist replace Spezza/Gus, then there would be about 23 million to resign players. If DeBrincat and Strome cost 13 or 14 million combined, that leaves 9 or 10 million to replace/resign Crawford, and fill out five bottom-6 forward spots. I think that can be done, especially since I would look to move on from Crawford after this year given his injury history.
