I was only doing an exercise to prove someone wrong ie you can add Anders Lee to the roster AND sign Lehkonen and Armia without problems. I overpaid Lee by 1M (in my estimation) to prove the point even more solidly. But I have no personal opinion on Duchene VS Lee since often it's not just about the player's impact on the ice but also off the ice. Lee is a leader and he could guide our young players. Can we say the same about Duchene ? Perhaps. Does it matter enough to make a difference ? I am missing too much information to say one way or another. Dedication in the gym in the off season is the main factor that will allow either player to prolong their careers and once again I don't know which of the two are more dedicated.
