    No no no, Lehner is not coming back, let him and Crow walk. Delia will be more than ready and Lankinen will be able to back up. Saad for a 3rd? Let's not make that move. This is wayyyyy off

    I completely disagree with your goalie assessment. Delia has been serviceable in the NHL, but nowhere near starter caliber. People say his stats look bad because of the defense in front of him, and while that’s partially true, he still made a number of unforced errors that cost us goals. Delia’s ceiling is almost definitely as a backup, which is why they got Lehner in the first place.

    He's 24 years old. Crawford really didn't hit his stride until he was 27, he has room to improve for sure, but he has the tools to be an NHL starter. Lehner is insurance for Crow's injury issues while Delia develops into a starter in Rockford. If Lehner proves his worth this season he will command 8 million on the open market, something I don't think the hawks would spend on a starter.
