No Marner but this team will definitely be better

Created by: Chris1022

Initial Creation Date: Jul. 8, 2019
Published: Jul. 8, 2019
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Ladd did have a set back with his knee surgery, so I do see a chance, tho slim, that he gets placed on LTIR. When Clutterbuck is healthy he would probably play for Martin some nights or would just be a healthy scratch. Engel land is just a depth Dman who will fill in when a right handed defenseman goes down due to Mayfield being traded. If a lefty gets hurt the will call up a Bridgeport kid.

I think Tatar for Leddy is pretty fair, same age both still have term on their contract. Top 6 winger for top 4 dman.

Maybe Chiarot changed things, who knows what Bergevin is thinking .

Kulak and Mete by committee can certainly replace Leddy and his 14pts in 74 games. I really don't like Leddy's game myself.

You are also getting Ho-Sang. He could be a good and I think he’ll benefit from a change of scenery

Fair enough.

I just believe that Leddy is better than what he showed last season and the value is pretty close at least.

I also get what you mean and maybe he wouldn't be better with Julien. Either way I suspect Bergevin will surprise us all soon enough.

Leddy is better offensively than last year showed. Trotz played a defensive system.

I agree with you, he probably isn't the best fit for Trotz's system.
