I don't think you need to do both of those trades, I'd say one or the other. I'm not trading that for Gusev and sticking him in my bottom-6. Also puts the Devils too close to the cap for next season with Hall, Hischier and the rest ready for extensions.

To be able to roll 4 lines shows true depth in winning the cup. look at STL. Zajac can also be traded to replenish some picks after the season alleviating another 5.75mil in cap space. Do the numbers.
