This was how I imagine the offersheet working, giving ok players on teams against the cap (DAL has like 700k, NYR has 7mil, but a ton of other RFA's, VAN has 5 mil and Boesser) a bit more than what they deserve so the team has to either make another move or let the player walk... Realism 0%

    They wouldn't know that we wanted to offersheet him (though what else would you need to get your own second back for idk, but I've seen it happen with other picks)
