I felt like laines value dropped from this year and If u look at Winnipeg’s roster they need a lot of players so I felt like giving 2 pieces that could go in top 9 and top 4 in wpg could work with the additional picks and they wouldn’t take domi because after this season he would want a raise and they wouldn’t have the cap for

Yea but Laine could be a star in Montreal and score 50 goals on a regular basis. But if you trade Domi, who plays center with him, lol. The Jets would want an established forward (likely a center) in the deal and I don't see them having any interest in Droiun

Yea he could be a 50 goal scorer He hasn’t done it playing with a much better fwd group in wpg so even with domi I don’t see him putting up 50 in mtl anytime soon (if a trade for him ever happened )

Like I previously said I feel like laines value dropped and the fact the wpg are missing many roster players I felt like this was a decent move and I also feel like if ur giving drouin Suzuki plus 2nd or Gallagher juulsen and 1st is too much
