Why trade Carrier? He is on a league minimum deal. You still need two more roster players, so you are actually about a million over the cap (based on 2 min contracts).

Trade Reaves, you have $3MM, you have room for three minimum-salary players, two of whom should be Brandon Pirri and Zack Whitecloud.
