    Ladd and Brouwer will sign for more than that- even Staal might (not that hes worth it-but someones likely to overpay). these signings have the Habs over the limit, with a very suspect defense. I wouldnt expect Sergachev to see the NHL this year. If they do move Emelin- they will have to get another veteran dman, you cant count on Markov playing as much as he has in the past, and thats as weak a 3rd pairing (with zero upside) as you could find in the NHL.
