I think Sheahan, Boyle, Lindberg and possibly Brassard will all last until training camp or close to it unsigned while teams calculate what is possible on the trade market/internally. But I agree, if a trade can't happen (eg. Manning and a 2nd for a team in a cap crunch that needs to rid of a highly paid 3 C like Eakin, Namestnikov, Strome (lol)), then one of those 4 names needs to be signed. Going into the season with Haas/Khaira/Cave/Brodziak/Gagner as our 3C options is not ideal. If Granlund feels like he wants to go back to 3C MAYBE he works out, but I'd rather not bet heavily on it.
