I don't really get why MTL should make the two first trades. I like Lehkonen alot. I think he'll be a consistant 15-20 goals scorer plus very very effective at defense. I think MTL should make trades where MTL gets less players with more talent. Ho-Sang may become good, but he's a RW and MTL has Gallagher and Armia for now, Caufield in the future and I wouldn't be surprised if Domi/Drouin and Suzuki were placed at the RW due to the presence of Poehling, KK and Danault at C. Beauvillier is a good Québécois, so it could be a nice idea. Tatar vs Leddy isn't so bad, but I prefer to leave Kulak a chance. I'd rather get a 1st for Tatar.

I'd say it's pretty even, but in this case, why make a trade? MTL doesn't need NHL ready forwards for a while. Having Ylonen in Finland is just perfect for now.

Idea is to try out Suzuki, JHS, Beauvillier with Poehling / Kotka on youth exploit style lines.
Caufield/Ylonen are 1/2 years out, and Montreal could pickup a replacement who would be ready around the same timeline this draft.

Out
2 Top6/9 Forwards, 1 A Prospect, 17th fwd.
In
2 Top6 /9 A/B Prospects, #2LD, 15th fwd

3rd > 5th to balance value overall.

I don't really know JHS. What kind of player is he and what is his potential?

I think offensively he's got a much higher ceiling than Lehk. (Top-6 or bust). He's questionable right now, and needs a change of scenery.

Isles are getting the better player now; however, both are young and have upside+/++/+++.
