Faulk and Orlov together on a pairing could be borderline disastrous in the d-zone. I don't see the need for signing a top four defenseman unless Jensen doesn't play well. I also don't think Stephenson is going to make the opening night roster this year, so I'd be surprised if he got a raise and a spot on the fourth line next season.

You may be about right on most of these players' values and terms, but they will most certainly not all be signed with Washington for the '20-21 season and beyond, especially the 4th-liners and bottom pairing defensemen. There just isn't enough roster space to spread the minutes appropriately, while providing time for AHL/NHL 'tweeners to get some ice before the make the jump full-time. Of Boyd, Stephenson, Dowd, and Leipsic, my guess is that you will only see 2 of those players at most on the roster in '20, and Hathaway is no sure bet either, but I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt since he has the longest contract of the 5. On D, probably won't see any FA signings with Alexeyev and possibly Fehervary (maybe even Johansen if he's still around) about ready to move up.
