Description

The Kings get out of overpayed Carter. They also lost defensive prospect and a couple of picks, but they get solid 2nd line center in Danault, who is good at both sides of the ice. Their young defense get an improvement in Folin, who can be a solid 6th/7th D-man and Peca to watch their games from the press box.

So Montreal is giving up one of the best two-way centers in the game for a guy who's past his prime, often injured and doesn't play great two-way hockey?
