Description

The Flames main priority: Lock up Matthew Tkachuk ASAP
When the dominos fall and RFAs get signed, I think Tkachuk realistically gets $9-10m on a 6+ term deal.

Frolik would be a good trade option to create cap space, even at 50% retention, a suitor shouldn't be too hard to find.

Overall, the flames have a solid team with an odd goalie tandem between Talbot and Rittich in the works.

I'd say 975k-1.1m, trading Frolik opens up a lot of cap room.
Kylington or a guy Calgary gets by trade can play in Valimaki's spot
