While the Jets have been playing better as of late, I don’t think this would be a good trade. The Jets’ offence is breaking out and they’re really showing up offensively. Adding Simmonds may or may not ruin the chemistry of this team. Subban is declining and has a $9 million cap hit. If Big Buff decides to return, the Jets would have to get rid of either Ehlers or Laine. We all know that Kyle Connor isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

I dont like this Subban part of this deal at all for the jets. Give me some Wayne Simmonds, but dont demote Roslovic. Put Simmonds on the 4th line with Lowry and have those two crash and bang
