Fix the nucks - Buffalo and Tampa

Description

Buffalo:
- Pearson would fit in nice in the top 9, has been putting up legit top 6 production. Add futures such as Goldy and a pick.
- We get a top 6 RD in return, will be provided more opportunities than in Buffalo. Contracts basically even out.

Tampa:
- Tanev would pair with Hedman to form an amazing shutdown pair.
- We take back Rutta and a cap dump of Condon. In return we receive their first and a fourth.

Ya he’s been really solid for us! I just don’t see him having a future here and he is one of the few tradeable pieces who could get something of value in return.
