For a rental like Kreider the Avs aren’t touching a roster player on D. Also the Avs don’t want/need Ryan Strome, and all in all this trade really seems to favor the Rangers but it is creative.

I'll also help you out and say I don't think the Avs want to part with Graves either. Although he's no Makar, he's a very solid defenseman. He's number 1 in the league in +/-

If you want Kreider, consider draft compensation and/or prospects. Moving Graves for Kreider would cause more harm than good. Lose Graves, keep Lindholm and this trade would be better
