Description

Seeing Brassard go definitely hurts but this trade was a win for the Rangers. Get a 5 year younger center who has very similar point totals over the past two years and also get a 2nd rounder. Now we need changes to the D.

They could have easily resigned Kreider/Hayes without this trade. They had about 8.75m in space I think without the trade. My prediction is Kreider get about 4.25m-5m for 5 years and Hayes most likely getting bridged for like 2 years 2.25m. But this trade could also signify more moves are coming hopefully to the defense.
