I don't think pens would give up that, however, that is pretty much Tatar's value on the market right now (a 1st and 2nd rd prospect). It might comes from another team though.

That's a late first and a third. I'm not sure it's actually that far out of line from what the Habs will get if they trade Tatar with a year left on his deal.
