Salary Cap Mode: Basic

Description

Lose Barrie & Ceci, but retain Muzzin and add in a cheaper veteran RHD. In this case I chose Polak, just because he can let Reilly do Morgan Reilly things, but it could be anyone. Sandin plays the whole year, and forward core stays basically the same with a couple prove-it type deals to Engvall & Soup. Also added a veteran backup goalie that could take off some of the load work from Andersen. I was looking at someone cheap (we have no cap) but yet someone atleast somewhat reliable and is cup hungry. Was debating between Ryan Miller & Mike Smith for this, but if we could get Miller on a team friendly deal, that'd be ideal IMO.

First time actually making one of these, let me know what you think and/or what you'd change!

Hah I 100% agree. Thing is, they need a right handed D-man next year. They need toughness, and they need someone cheap. He fits all of those. And although not good or ideal, he's been a plus player for the stars. We're going to need someone that is cheap with the way this team is constructed
