Benning needs to be traded. We have way too many young dmen that are ready to play in the NHL. Lagesson is more than ready to be a bottom pair guy, and Bouchard has looked really solid in Bakersfield lately. Highly unlikely he doesn't make the team next year

Potentially. I would plan for him to be in the AHL. Let Persson, Jones and Lagesson fight for bottom 6 with Bouchard pushing. Gives you some support too if Bear regresses a little.
