Description

All trades I feel are fair and reasonable and put the sharks in a better position to make a much faster turnaround. This is more a hope to free up salary cap by handing longer not as bad contracts for worse but shorter ones. Crazy I know but it makes us better in 3-4 years, maybe even less. But this is a lot of work and throwing the towel in on this year for sure. And this would obviously be a white flag on EKG 65 trade.

EK65 has a nmc and the way things ended with Dorion and Melnyk I can assure you he would block a trade to Ottawa.

Also he’s been great recently and sporadically at time this year has been flat out incredible. I wouldn’t move him at all.

I’ve watched every game EKG65 has played with San Jose and he has amazing talent I’m not denying that... it’s his heart and his effort with us that I question. He seems unmotivated often and he lacks heart and focus more than the top paid d man in hockey ever should!!! Hence why I call him EKG65 (cause he has a heart issue... he doesn’t have any anymore) and I think Ottawa would take him back for the publicity but only if we eat Ryan and a ton of crow!!!
