Description
Would love to see a lineup like this going into the playoffs. Granlund could be a very good buy low candidate that has had very good chemistry with Zucker in the past and has proven he can score in the past as well. Would make the team super deep at forward and give Sully a lot of options with his wingers, especially if Guentzel is able to return for the playoffs. Daley is just a depth D-man and could be any d-man that can eat some minutes in case of an injury and wouldn't cost much at the deadline.

Would give the team two first lines and two third lines and if the Blueger line can neutralize the other teams top line that would give Malkin and Crosby really good matchups. The second PP unit becomes much more dangerous while the PK unit stay the same, but can use Crosby, McCann, Bjugstad, and Granlund to make it a little deeper.

The only concern would be staying healthy and competing physically, but I think the speed of the team can overcome the physicality of other teams.

Could maybe move Bjugstad in the Granlund deal if there is too much of a logjam at forward, but there is almost always an injury and still don't even know if Guentzel will come back at all.

Personally think Daley is done, doesn't have the legs. Better off going after a sizeable defensemen who can eat shots if/when we have to play Washington/Tampa and may need it.. I'd go after Dillon (like everyone else), Borowiecki, or Scandella. Latter two wouldn't cost too much either

Would like Boroweicki not sure what you would have to pay for him though. What do you think about the team with Granlund though?

Yea I like Granlund, but don't see it happening with 1. What he's valued at right now and 2. Roster spots open on the Pens - There's something to having young & hungry players in your lineup come playoff time and we don't have many spots left. Need 2-3 players who haven't been there before that will run around like they're high on cocaine. I like the idea of Kahun, ZAR (I'll still classify him here), Blueger for sure. Then next guys in being young guys willing to die for a playoff W, and i'm not crazy about his size/speed and if he'd be a fit.
