Flyers going to have a interesting time to get to 7 protected forwards, probably a forward trade in the works before expansion draft.

Yup. Very likely, or maybe they trade a protect like Rubtsov to Seattle for draft considerations.

I might be part of the minority, but I hope the jets can scoop him up from philly instead of the usual first rounder cost for a rental, but the jets don’t have that much for upgrades in rental department, unless the need is physical. But probably a quiet deadline in wpg

I could see the Jets trading for a d man, such as Demelo or Dillon. Patrick to Jets would be interesting, but I have no clue on what the return could be.
