If I were the Wild, I would actually rather keep Brodin than Dumba

For Leaf fans to build better squads on these AGMs (haha) they need to start looking beyond Minnesota. There are the things, players, the Leafs can get they would make them better, even if that meant waiting to make some of this stuff happen at the draft. It's clear to me that when Patrick Marleau was traded away, this team lost something. They need good quality locker room guys that hustle relentlessly on the ice and can set better examples than these kids making loads of money just skating around aimlessly with no clear direction, purpose, or knowledge of how to defend. Guys that I am referring to would a player like Colton Sissons, Nick Bonino, Scott Laughton, Cody Eakin, etc. They may not be the flashiest or fastest guys, but they are character guys that could potentially make a meaningful impact, especially on the PK, where the Leafs BADLY need help.
