Description

The deal with Pittsburgh could maybe use a little more (comments!) but PIT saves money on goaltending but also gets a strong young goalie with a good prospect, strong bottom-6 player, and a high draft pick. Buffalo gets a stable veteran goalie who will allow young goalies to develop properly like Ullmark and Peterson. They also get a young dman in Pouliot who becomes a casualty from the expansion

Kane has been more trouble then he's worth for the Jets and now the sabres. I doubt Oilers want to bring a guy like that into the room.
