Description

Two players are selected from every draft starting in 2007-2016. The team is built as if it were to compete in todays NHL. I tried to be consistent meaning steals are players taken outside the first round and due to goalies uncommonly being taken in the first round, all goalie steals must have been selected outside of the 3rd round (the idea being that the 2nd round is like the 1st round but for goalies) The cap amount is the only complicated manner but to be accurate to the true draft steals that would make a team I had to adjust it.
